1. The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia has received financing from the World Bank for the cost of the Mongolia Emergency Relief and Employment Support Project (MERESP). It intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for “Server, storage, network device and software licenses for unified information system based on big data (establishing cloud infrastructure)”.
2. Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders to Server, storage, network device and software licenses for unified information system based on big data (establishing cloud infrastructure) to be delivered to the location stated in the Final Destination of “List of Goods and Delivery schedule.
3. Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, February 2025, and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

of the
Procurement Specialist of PIU and inspect the bidding document during office
hours 09.00 to 18.00 at the address #501, San Business Center, 8th Khoroo,
Prime Minister Amar Street 29, Baga Toiruu, Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar
14200, MONGOLIA.
5. The bidding document
in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission
of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of 100 US dollars. The method of payment will be a bank draft payable to
the special account of the “MERESP project, PIU”. Only bidders that have
purchased an official set of bidding documents will be eligible to submit their
bids.

GMT +8.
Late Bids will be rejected.
The outer Bid envelopes marked “Original
Bid”, and the inner envelopes marked “Technical
Part” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated
representatives and anyone who choose to attend, at the address below #501,
San Business Center, 8th Khoroo, Prime Minister Amar Street 29, Baga Toiruu,
Sukhbaatar District, Ulaanbaatar 14200, MONGOLIA on 24 April 2025 at 11.30 GMT
+8. All envelopes marked “Second Envelope: Financial
Part” shall remain unopened and will be held in the safe custody of the
Purchaser until the second public opening.
7. All Bids must be accompanied
by a “Bid Security”, as appropriate, of 7,500 (Seven thousand five
hundred US dollars only)
8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement
Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful
bidder’s beneficial ownership as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the
Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
