 BACKGROUND OF
  PROJECT The Government of Mongolia is implementing the Ensuring
  inclusiveness and service delivery for persons with disabilities project
  (Project) financed by the Asian Development Bank (ADB).  
 The project aims to ensure the inclusiveness of persons
  with disabilities, improve service at Ulaanbaatar city and province level,
  increase employment opportunities for persons with disabilities, and assure
  their independence and economic contribution.  
 The Executing Agency is the Ministry of Labor and
  Social Protection (MLSP). For detailed information about the project, please

 This is a full-time position in the Project
  Implementation Unit based in Ulaanbaatar. The MLSP is now seeking to recruit
  a qualified candidate for the position of the Project Coordinator, who can
  effectively and efficiently manage the implementation of the project plan,
  monitor the implementation, coordinate the inter-sectoral collaboration and
  strenthen the partnership of non-government organizations. TASKS AND
  RESPONSIBILITIES -      
  Effectively manage and coordinate day-to-day activities
  of the project implementation unit and be responsible for the project result.
   -      
  Coordinate the implementation of the approved project
  plan and ensure that project financing is used for intended purposes. -      
  Maintain coordination between project implementation
  unit and stakeholders, and coordinate inter-sectoral relationships. -      
  Act as the Project Steering Committee (PSC) secretary
  and be responsible for the implementation of follow-up actions in accordance
  with the decision made by PSC; -      
  Provide information on the project implementation
  process to the MFLSP, Ministry of Health, agencies, and non-government
  organizations; -      
  Report the implementation of the project to ADB, MFLSP,
  Ministry of Health, and Project Steering Committee; -      
  Develop and get approval for the annual and quarterly
  project plan and budget in line with the MFLSP’s work plan; -      
  Develop a draft of terms of reference,  get approval for the assignments for
  international and national consultants and ensure their coordination.  -      
  Monitor the consultants’ performance and support them
  to accomplish scope in time with quality according to the terms of reference; -      
  Develop a project procurement plan and coordinate
  procurement according to the ADB and government regulations and guidelines; -      
  Ensure that stakeholders are provided with relevant
  information on project activities and reflect their recommendations into the
  project activities;

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

  Master’s degree or
  above in social science, finance, economics and business administration   |

  Experience working in projects financed by ADB and other
  international organizations will be an advantage;  |
