Training Conducted for Financial Officers Across the Sector
The Budget, Finance and Investment
Department of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection, in
cooperation with the National Audit Office, successfully organized for the
second consecutive year a training session entitled “Audit of the 2025
Financial Statements of Organizations in the Family, Labour and Social
Protection Sector and the Budget Governor’s Consolidated Financial Report: Key
Findings and Issues Requiring Further Attention.”
The training was opened by J.
Enkhtur, Director of the Budget, Finance and Investment Department of the
Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection. In his opening remarks, he
presented an overview of the sector’s approved 2026 budget and highlighted key
issues requiring attention in the coming period.
A total of 526 participants,
including managers, finance officers, and accounting professionals from 115
organizations within the sector, attended the training both in person and
online.
During the training, presentations,
professional guidance, and recommendations were provided on the following key
topics:
-A. Tsogbayar, Audit Manager at the
National Audit Office, delivered a detailed presentation on the common errors
and violations identified during the audit of the sector’s 2025 financial
statements, as well as key areas requiring improvement. In addition, Ts.
Erdenetugs, Senior Analyst at the Budget, Finance and Investment Department,
provided guidance on important considerations when consolidating financial and
budget execution reports.
-Ch. Amarsanaa, Senior Analyst of
the Monitoring, Evaluation and Internal Audit Department, discussed issues
related to financial inspections and future areas of focus. P. Batjargal,
Analyst of the same department, presented on the implementation of the Glass
Account Law and highlighted matters that require continued attention, while
also providing professional advice and clarifications.
-J. Azjargal, Analyst at the Family
Policy Department of the Ministry, delivered a presentation on child protection
expenditures and key considerations regarding their allocation and utilization.
Following the presentations under
the theme “Audit of the 2025 Financial Statements of Organizations in the
Family, Labour and Social Protection Sector and the Budget Governor’s
Consolidated Financial Report: Key Findings and Issues Requiring Further
Attention,” participants engaged in a question-and-answer session and took part in an open
discussion and feedback survey.
