Newly Appointed Labour Inspectors Receive Capacity-Building Training
The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection, in
cooperation with the General Office for Labour and Welfare Services, organized
a capacity-building training program for newly appointed state labour and
occupational health inspectors.
The training aimed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and
practical competencies of the inspectors. It included briefings on the
Ministry’s policies and operations, as well as guidance on implementing key
legislation such as the Labour Law, the Law on Occupational Safety and Health,
and the Law on State Inspection. Participants also received methodological
support on planning and conducting risk-based inspections and were trained on
the effective use of inspection checklists in their work.
A total of 32 state inspectors in labour and occupational
health from the Ministry, as well as from aimag and district-level inspection
units, participated in the training.
