Stakeholder Meeting Held to Discuss Implementation of Employment Promotion Measures
Within the framework of the family, labour, and social
protection sector, 2026 has been officially declared the “Year of Employment
Promotion.” In line with this, a wide range of measures and programs aimed at
supporting and increasing employment are planned for implementation.
At its meeting on January 26, 2026, the National Employment
Council reviewed and approved employment promotion activities and programs to
be implemented during 2026–2027. A key feature of the 2026 agenda is to ensure
strong coordination among employment promotion initiatives, enabling them to
complement and reinforce one another. In addition, emphasis will be placed on
strengthening collaboration among government institutions, the private sector,
and professional organizations to enhance the effectiveness of employment
policies.
The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection
organized a multi-stakeholder meeting to exchange views on areas of cooperation
in implementing employment promotion activities, particularly the newly
approved “Youth Employment Promotion Program.”
The meeting brought together representatives from
non-governmental organizations, professional bodies, and the private sector
engaged in human resources, youth development and participation, career
planning, work readiness support, education, and training. Participants
introduced their respective areas of work, discussed potential opportunities
for collaboration, and shared their perspectives.
