Accessibility and Inclusive Environment Issues Discussed
The Ministry
of Family, Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia is currently
drafting a revised version of the Law on the Rights of Persons with
Disabilities to strengthen the protection of rights and further improve the
legal framework for persons with disabilities.
In parallel, a draft law aimed at improving

ensuring accessible services and promoting a barrier-free environment.
Discussions also covered expanding access to assistive technologies and devices
for persons with disabilities, as well as accelerating the introduction of
product labelling that supports inclusive and disability-friendly business
practices.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister B. Solongoo, State Secretary
L. Munkhzul, as well as
