Meeting Held to Strengthen the Operations of “Job Centre” Offices and Enhance the “E-Job Platform” Development
In line with Objective 2.1.2.8 of the Government of
Mongolia’s 2024–2028 Action Program “to introduce a national platform
for labour exchange and social services that meets international standards, and
to expand access to employment services through public-private partnerships”—a
meeting was organized to discuss strengthening the operations of the newly
established “Job Centre” offices.
Z. Bauyrjan, Head of the General Office for Labour and
Welfare Services, held the meeting with representatives of the Mongolian
Association of Labour Exchanges and the Job Centre offices.
During the meeting, participants had discussion on improving
and upgrading the E-Job digital employment system, establishing data-sharing
mechanisms with major enterprises and organizations that provide similar
employment-related services, and creating system-level integrations. The
discussion focused on developing simple and clear solutions for stakeholders,
digitalizing Job Centre operations, developing specialized modules, and
increasing overall service effectiveness.
Mr. Z. Bauyrjan also provided instructions and guidance to
relevant officials to address pressing challenges and accelerate the
strengthening of operations.
