27 Qualified Consultants Awarded Certificates for the Implementation of the New "Labor Relations Program"

The "Labor Relations Program," approved by Resolution No. 03 of 2024 of the National Employment Council and funded by the Employment Support Fund, is set to be implemented. This program aims to assist small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), organizations, and employers in adhering to labor laws and regulations concerning labor safety, hygiene, and social insurance.

As part of the implementation of the Labor Relations Program, 27 "Specialized Consultants" were trained and awarded certificates. These consultants are now qualified to provide the necessary support and services to ensure effective compliance with labor relations laws.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia, in collaboration with the General Agency for Labor Welfare Services, organized the training courses to equip these consultants with the knowledge and skills required for the program's success. This initiative is expected to enhance the understanding and implementation of labor relations laws, thereby improving working conditions across Mongolia’s SMEs.
