THE FIRST ROUND TRAINING OF FOR THE "PARTICIPATION" PROJECT STARTED

The first round of 14-day training of the "Participation" project to prepare young people for work began at the Land Military Training Center of the 119th Division of the Armed Forces.

In the first round of the project, 237 young people from Dundgovi, Dornogovi, Tuv, Selenge, Hovd, Bayankhongor, Darkhan-Uul provinces and five districts of the capital are participating.

During the 14 days, they attend multi-faceted career orientation and personal development training necessary to participate in labour relations, get acquainted with the activities of large national factories and visit employers to present their working conditions and opportunities. These allow participants to choose an organization where they can work for internships and long-term employment.

This project aims to develop a healthy, early, active lifestyle, patriotism, career orientation, preparation for work, and job placement for young people, and registration will be held again in July. Young people aged 18-34 who have not been employed in the last 3 months can participate in 

Mongolia's long-term development policy "Vision-2050" and the "10-trillion comprehensive plan to protect health and restore the economy" to support the development and employment of young people by providing career guidance and comprehensive training programs for personal development "Participation" project is being implemented starting from 2021 to prepare and provide jobs.
