H.E. Mrs A.Ariunzaya, Minister of Labour and Social Protection, and Pavit Ramachadran, Resident Representative of the Asian Development Bank, outlined the activities and scope of cooperation in the field of labour and social protection in 2022-2024

H.E. Mrs. A.Ariunzaya, the Minister for Labour and Social Protection met with the Resident Representative of the Asian Development Bank, and officials to exchange views on the activities to be implemented in the field of labor and social protection in 2022-2024, the scope of cooperation, implementation and financing of current projects and programs.

The meeting was attended by Asif Chiima, Head of the East Asian Social Development Department of the Asian Development Bank, Karin Shiltsik, Senior Specialist of the East Asian Social Development Department, J.Altantuya, L.Itgel, senior Specialists of the Ulaanbaatar Branch, and S.Bold, Economist, A.Khishigbayar, Head of the Planning Department of Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, S.Tungalagtamir, Head of the Population Development Policy Implementation Coordination Department, and Z.Khuslen, Head of the Foreign Cooperation and Public Relations Department participated.

Currently, there are projects in the sector to ensure the participation of people with disabilities, improve social protection, respond to epidemics, social protection, and long-term care for the elderly.
