VET Center of Amgalan under the General Executive Agency of Court Decision Runs Training on More Than 10 Professionals
uploaded pictureuploaded pictureuploaded pictureuploaded pictureuploaded pictureThe VET center of Amgalan was established in 2012 and targeted at reintegrating convicts through vocational education and training for skill up and job opportunities, providing opportunities to recover or compensate the loss due to their criminal acts, and preparing skilled workforce into the labour market.

 As of today, the center provides more than 10 vocational education training including construction, sewing, and cooking.

H.E. Aiunzaya Ayush, Minister for Labour and Social Protection has expressed to support the activities of this center with appropriate ways to enlarge its library, provide necessary equipment and computers, capacity building for their teachers and supervisors and strengthen soft skills education content as well.

At the time of this meeting, Mr. D.Zagdjav, Colonel, Director of the General executive agency of the Court decision, Mr. Kh.Batbayar, Major, Director of the VET center, and Mr. S.Batsaikhan, Colonel, Governor of Prison No.409 presented about their operation and main activities.

Within the framework of the policy “Welfare to Employment”, officials have exchanged their views and position on improved products by this VET center, promoting them in the labour market, self-development opportunities, and social welfare issues.
