A regular meeting and discussion of the working group to draft the law on Personal supplementary pension was held on September 21, 2021, at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and the draft law was introduced.

Representatives of the Mongolian Stock Exchange, the Bank of Mongolia, the Financial Regulatory Commission, Ard Life LLC, the Pension Reform Movement, the National Life Insurance LLC, the First Pension Fund, the Mongolian Employers' Federation, the Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions, and actuaries and related researchers have attended the discussion.

The meeting was chaired by Mr. G. Unurbayar, State Secretary of the Ministry for Labour and Social Protection. The members of the working group who participated in the discussion expressed their no objection to the draft law and made relevant comments.

Conclusions including comments and observations by the discussion shall be reflected in the draft law.
