Collaborate with the Asian Development Bank to implement the Social Protection System Improvement Project.

Mr. L. Enkh-Amgalan, Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection held a meeting with Ms. Shannon Cowlin, Resident Representative of the Asian Development Bank in Mongolia, to discuss collaborative projects and programs aimed at advancing the social protection sector.

 

The conceptual framework for the joint implementation of the Social Protection System Improvement Project in 2026 was discussed.

 

The parties intend to cooperate on promoting active aging for seniors, developing a unified sectoral statistics system based on big data, strengthening a family-centered comprehensive human development service, reducing socio-economic and urban-rural disparities, enhancing the efficiency of social welfare service delivery, and implementing the International Classification of Functioning methodology for disability assessment.
