Aubakir Tilyeukhan Assumes Office as Minister of Family, Labour and Social Protection

On June 17, 2025, Prime Minister Mr. G. Zandanshatar received parliamentary approval for the new Cabinet and Formally introduced the newly appointed ministers. On June 18, Minister Mr. T. Aubakir officially assumed office and received his ministerial seal during a handover ceremony attended by Deputy Prime Minister Mr. S. Amarsaikhan.

During the ceremony, outgoing Minister Mr. L. Enkh-Amgalan highlighted several major legislative initiatives developed under his leadership. These include:

·         Family Support Law aimed at implementing a family-centered social protection policy

·         Amendments to the Social Insurance Package Law, part of the pension reform and social welfare restructuring

·         The Private Pension Law, enabling citizens to receive pensions from multiple sources

·         The revised social welfare law, designed to ensure targeted and effective delivery of welfare services

·         The revised Employment Support Law

·         The revised Occupational Safety and Health Law

He noted that all these systemic reform bills have been prepared and are ready to be submitted to Parliament. As a Member of Parliament, he will continue to lead efforts to have these bills adopted as the head of the relevant working groups.
