Deliberated on projects and programs to be implemented in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank

State Secretary of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection, Ms. L. Munkhzul, held a consultative meeting with representatives from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to review the outcomes of past collaborative projects and discuss future programs.

In partnership with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), the Graduation Approach project, which aims to help low-income households achieve self-reliance, was successfully implemented, benefiting 1,200 families.

Centers offering comprehensive services, including support for the development and rehabilitation of individuals with disabilities, were established and are now operational in six provinces.

The upcoming discussions will focus on strengthening a family centered, integrated human development service system, promoting healthy aging, addressing disparities in living standards and urban-rural inequalities, optimizing the delivery of social welfare services, enhancing the social protection system to better manage potential risks, and introducing the international ICF methodology for identifying disabilities.
