110 Services in Family, Labor, and Social Protection Sector Now Delivered Online
A working group analyzing the digitalization progress within the family, labor, and social protection sector has presented its findings. Currently, 110 services across the sector have been successfully transitioned to an electronic format, offering greater accessibility and efficiency for citizens.
These services include:
- 29 social insurance services
- 64 social welfare services
- 11 employment-related services
Looking ahead, the group emphasized the need to further digitalize services in accordance with the Law on the Rights of People with Disabilities. This includes making information related to both children and adults more accessible, as well as digitizing the data of the Labor Safety and Health Center.
Additionally, the potential for using artificial intelligence in some social security services was discussed. Virtual assistants powered by AI could process citizen requests and provide timely responses. The infrastructure for this service is already in place, and the creation of a unified database for the sector is seen as a crucial next step for improving service delivery.
