"Employers' Conference in Songinokhairkhan District Fosters Collaboration and Employment Opportunities"

The Governor of Songinokhairkhan District spearheaded the "Employers' Conference" at the Children's and Youth Theater, aiming to enhance coordination between public and private sector entities. Over 760 representatives from district employers and trade unions participated in the event.

Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection, Mr. S. Zulpkhar, delivered a keynote address titled "Reforming Employment Policy and Social Insurance Legislation," providing insights and addressing inquiries on enhancing employment opportunities and strengthening public-private partnerships.

As of 2024, Songinokhairkhan District's working-age population stands at 228,535, with 7,749 individuals unemployed, 118,287 employed, and 9,579 self-employed. Additionally, there are 5,187 active small and medium enterprises among 25,836 enterprises.

Currently, the Department of Labor and Social Services of the Songinokhairkhan District has over 1,000 job vacancies across 250 enterprises, with employers issuing over 250 job orders every week.

During the conference, employer representatives offered their products at factory prices, while the Department of Labor and Social Services provided citizens with job placement opportunities and counseling services.
