A meeting was convened on February 29, 2024, with the participation of ambassadors and resident representatives from various international organizations stationed in Mongolia.

H. E. Ms. Bulgantuya Khurelbaatar, Minister for Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia convened a meeting with ambassadors and resident representatives from various international organizations stationed in Mongolia. 

The purpose of the meeting was to foster dialogue and collaboration in the realm of legal reform and cooperation.

During the meeting, there was an exchange of information on various legislative initiatives, including those pertaining to Social Insurance, benefits from the Social Insurance Fund, pensions, allowances, and payments for industrial accidents and occupational diseases, as well as child protection and labor migration. Additionally, discussions revolved around avenues for future cooperation, with a focus on sharing updates about ongoing activities, projects, programs, and collaborative efforts within the scope of these issues.

The meeting provided an invaluable opportunity for diplomatic and consular missions, as well as representatives of international organizations, to engage in constructive dialogue and explore potential areas of partnership and collaboration with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia.
