The reform of the Social Insurance Package Law its introduction continues

In collaboration with various ministries, ongoing efforts are being made to introduce the Social Insurance Package Law, which was approved by the Parliament on July 7, 2023, along with the associated law reforms set to take effect on January 1, 2024.

Mr. B. Batjargal, Director of the Social Insurance Policy Implementation Coordination Department at the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Mongolia, conducted a presentation on January 24, 2024. The presentation aimed to promote awareness and understanding of the reform of the Social Insurance Law and the related social insurance legislation. The event was co-organized with the Ministry of Justice and Home Affairs of Mongolia, along with the General Authority for Border Protection of Mongolia.

During the presentation, Mr. B. Batjargal provided insights and information to the administrative deputies of the governor of the border military unit and special branch, addressing relevant questions and concerns raised by attendees. These efforts are integral to ensuring effective communication and transparency surrounding the upcoming reforms in social insurance legislation
