This facility offers a comprehensive range of essential services, including rehabilitation for disabled children and adults, counseling, and training for their family members and guardians, as well as providing psychological and psychotherapeutic support. Furthermore, the center plays a crucial role in assisting individuals in acquiring and using prosthetics, orthopedic devices, and assistive aids.

Similar centers are currently under construction in Khuvsgul, Khovd, Dundgovi, Darkhan-Uul, Umnugovi, and Arkhangai provinces. The government also has plans to establish such centers in all provinces in the future.
