Trainees have left UB to attend DPUB Counterpart training in Japan
Mongolian policy makers, NGOs, private companies and Job Coach
Trainers, approximately 15 trainees and 1 personal assistant are participating
training of Promoting Employment of Persons with Disabilities which is
consisting in the Counterpart Training Program in Japan, for 10 days, from
August 28 to September 7.
During the program, the trainees will learn about the employment
support system for persons with disabilities, roles of employment support
organizations and the mechanisms for cooperation through the site visits, and
know-how on support methods by support organizations.
After returning to Mongolia, the participants of the training
will work together to improve employment support services for persons with
disabilities. However, trainers who are being trained as job coach trainees
will continue to study in Tokyo until September 11. Please stay with us and
