A dynamic model of the employment system was handed over

Ministry of Labour and Social Protection Vision 2050 Dynamic model of the employment system in order to use scientifically based calculations to implement the goals and objectives of the long-term development policy of Mongolia, the action plan of the Government of Mongolia for 2020-2024, and to make employment promotion policies and regulations is ready to be developed and used in operations.

The dynamic model of the system was developed by an advisory team led by B.Uuganbayar, a professor at the Mongolian University of Science and Technology, with the support of the International Organization for Migration. The management and staff of the Labour and Social Protection Research Institute under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection were briefed on the results of some of the experiments. The event was attended by S.Zulpkhar, Deputy Minister for Labour and Social Protection, B.Altantulga, Head of the Employment and Job Support Division, and officials, researchers and advisory staff of the Human Resources Development Center. In the future, we will work with the consulting team that developed the HRDS model for a period of time to focus on improving the accuracy of labour and social protection statistics and model calculations.

This dynamic model will be used to determine the current and future state of the Mongolian economy and labour market for policy and decision-making, as well as to be open to university professors, students, researchers and citizens.
