"OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE MONTH CAMPAIGN-2022" has started

Our country celebrates April of each year as the MONTH OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE. This year, we are working to prevent industrial accidents and occupational diseases across the country, and to promote OHS knowledge and information to the public under the motto “TOGETHER TO BUILD A POSITIVE LABOR SAFETY AND HEALTH CULTURE”.

As part of the monthly campaign:

-Awarding ceremony for the best companies and organizations of the “Healthy and safe workplace organization-2021” conditional competition

- Selection of the best council for occupational safety and health

- Current OSH situation and further measures”

- “My family works safely” drawing competition among high school students

- Electronic OSH training for business employers

- The National Committee for Occupational Safety and Health and its sub-committees plan to provide capacity building training to council members.

The opening ceremony of the monthly campaign will be held on April 4, 2022 from 10:00 to 14:00 at the Mongolian Center for Traditional Chinese Medicine. The “Occupational Safety and Health Monthly Campaign” is organized by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, the National Committee for Occupational Safety and Health, the Center for Occupational Safety and Health, the General Agency for Specialized Inspection and the General Department of Social Insurance for the 11th year. In 2003, the International Labor Organization (ILO) decided to mark April 28 each year as World Occupational Safety and Health Day. Since 2011, Mongolia has been celebrating this day as the MONTH OF OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE.
