Meeting related to “List of jobs and professionals with underground, hazardous, hot and difficult working conditions, determining preferential pension terms”

The views were exchanged on the overall introduction, such as relative legislation, current situation, implemented measures, international trends and further measures to be taken, related to the “List of jobs and professionals with underground, hazardous, hot, and difficult working conditions, determining preferential pension terms”, approved by the Ministerial Order No.77, 2004 of Social Protection and Labour.

 The meeting was attended by S. Zulphar, Deputy Minister for Labour and Social Protection, G. Adiya, Secretary General of the Mongolian Trade Union Confederation, Kh.Ganbaatar, Vice President and CEO of the Mongolian Employers’ Federation, and authorities and related officials from the General Department of Social Insurance, and from the Center for Occupational Safety and Health. 

The parties exchanged their views on the information related to the list of occupations, and the relevant professional organizations expressed their views on re-improving the calculations and research and determining the rationale.
