The ninth round of meeting a team of experts to draft a Pension Agreement between Mongolia and the Republic of Kazakhstan was held on September 16, 2021. Mr. Aidar Abishev, Advisor to the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Musina.A.Sh, Deputy Head of the Social Insurance, Social and Pension Policy Department of the Ministry for Social Protection and Labor, and other relevant officials, A.Khishigbayar, Director, Policy and Planning Department, Z.Khuslen, Head of the Foreign Cooperation and Public Relations Division of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and other officials have participated.

The draft Agreement on Pensions between Mongolia and the Republic of Kazakhstan was discussed, and the issue of incorporating the proposals submitted by the relevant ministries and government agencies of the two countries into the draft Agreement was finalized.

The team of experts agreed to hold the next round of meeting in November 2021. The pension agreement will play an important role in ensuring the social security of citizens of the two countries.
