1211 Young People, the First Part of the “Participation” Project, Are Ready for Internship

The first four rounds of the PARTICIPATION project have been successfully completed, and 1,211 young people have completed their 14-day training and will begin the next phase of the project, a 14-day on-the-job training.

The participants had satisfied with training which was conducted through comprehensive self-development programs aimed at youth development and employment promotion, preparing for employment, and job opportunities. During the training, a job fair was organized and employers visited the camps and signed on-the-job internships with 641 participants.

Through the training, they gained the skills and orientation to start their careers, set goals, express themselves. Also, they learned about patriotism, healthy lifestyles, maturity, shared dreams, and ways to achievements.

Within the framework of the training, they participated the various team works, cultural and sports events, and field trips.

L.Oyun-Erdene, Prime Minister of Mongolia, met at the Government House with the best 300 participants from the first 1211 participants of the “Participation” project, which is organized within the framework of the Government Action plan “Comprehensive Plan of 10 trillion on economic recovery and health protection”.
