• Graduated from the Secondary school №  1 of Tosontsengel soum, Zavkhan province in 1997,
• Completed a doctorate at the School of Social Science of the National University of Mongolia in 2001,
• Graduated from Kyushu University of Japan in 2013.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Part-time lecturer at the National University of Mongolia in 2001-2003,
• Assistant lecturer at the School of Social Science, National University of Mongolia in 2003-2005,
• Lecturer at the School of Social Science, National University of Mongolia in 2005-2007,
• Associate Professor at the School of Social Science, National University of Mongolia in 2007-2009,
• Specialist at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in 2005-2006,
• Head of Division, Ministry of Construction and Urban Development in 2006-2007,
• Specialist at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2008-2009,
• Adviser to the Prime Minister of Mongolia in 2009-2012,
• Adviser to the Secretariat of the State Great Hural, Mongolian People’s Party in the State Great Hural, Head of the Secretariat in 2013-2016,
• State Secretary of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection since September 21 , 2016
