Mongolia is set to fully digitize the food voucher service system
A comprehensive discussion was
recently held to present the findings of the Unified Household Database and
related surveys. The study, conducted by the General Agency for Labour Welfare
Services, successfully covered 70,989 households across the country.
Currently, approximately 86,000
citizens in Mongolia are beneficiaries of the food voucher program. Moving
forward, the government plans to fully digitize all aspects of the food voucher
service system. This includes digitizing personal case files of beneficiaries,
applications, and complaints, aiming to streamline service delivery and improve
accessibility.
