During the meeting, participants discussed and adopted several key decisions, including:

-Hearing a report on activities carried out across the sector under the “Let Us Respect Each Other” campaign, launched by the National Committee on Gender Equality in March 2026.

-Deciding to reconstitute an intersectoral gender sub-working group involving other ministries in order to promote gender-balanced participation and strengthen cross-sectoral cooperation.

At the conclusion of the meeting, A. Davaajargal, Chair of the Gender Sector Council and State Secretary of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection, instructed all affiliated agencies and institutions with more than 100 employees to establish Gender Sub-Councils. The measure is intended to strengthen the implementation of the Law on Ensuring Gender Equality and improve the execution of sectoral action plans.
