Draft Child Protection Procedure in Criminal Proceedings Discussed

As part of ensuring the implementation of Article 29.6 of the revised Law on Child Protection, the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection (MFLSP) established a working group under State Secretary’s Order No. A/85 of 2025, tasked with drafting and approving the procedural regulations. The group collaborates with the Ministry of Justice and Internal Affairs, the Office of the Prosecutor General, the Supreme Court, the General Authority for Child and Family Development and Protection, and the National Police Agency.

At the working group meeting, lawyer G. Oyunbold presented the draft “Child Protection Procedure in Criminal Proceedings,” and members of the group provided their feedback and recommendations.

The meeting was attended by working group members, representatives from district-level Child and Family Development and Protection Departments, and international organization partners.
