Draft State Agreement on Tripartite Labour and Social Partnership for 2026–2028 Under Development
The National
Tripartite Committee on Labour and Social Partnership held its first meeting of
the year on January 13, 2026. During the meeting, a working group was
established to develop the draft “State Agreement on Tripartite Labour and
Social Partnership for 2026–2028” and to ensure preparations for collective
negotiations.
The working group, led
by Deputy Minister of Family, Labour and Social Protection B. Solongoo,
convened to discuss the draft.
During the meeting,
the deputy minister emphasized the importance of aligning the new State
Agreement with the implementation of the previous agreement, as well as
improving its structure and ensuring well-targeted and realistic planning of
objectives and activities.
It was agreed that
the draft State Agreement for 2026–2028 should be developed around the
following four key policy areas:

Policy directions to promote employment;
·
Policy directions to ensure the right to work
and strengthen social protection guarantees;
·
National policy directions on wages and income;
·
Social partnership and equality.
