2026 Performance Plans Approved for Organizations in the Family, Labour and Social Protection Sector
The
2026 performance plans of the General Budget Governor and several direct budget
governors within the family, labour, and social protection sector have been
formally approved.
Addressing
the heads of sector organizations, Minister of Family, Labour and Social
Protection T. Aubakir emphasized that leadership plays a critical role in
building public trust in government. He highlighted the importance of respecting citizens, resolving complaints and requests promptly,
delivering public services efficiently without unnecessary bureaucracy or
delays, strictly adhering to ethical standards for civil servants, and
enhancing citizens’ confidence in public institutions.
The
Minister further noted the need to implement the sector’s policy objectives in
a unified and coordinated manner at all levels, and to carry out daily service
delivery with high ethical standards, integrity, and accountability. He also highlighted
the importance of strengthening discipline and responsibility among organizations
and civil servants at all levels, improving working time management and
productivity, and tighten internal controls and financial discipline in order
to enhance the quality and accessibility of public services.
