guiding family and child rights, development, and protection, as well as the
department’s planned work for 2026.
Deputy
Minister B. Solongoo emphasized the need to resolve pressing issues faced by
agency staff, strengthen intersectoral coordination, provide policy support,
and accelerate implementation of preventive and impact-focused measures aimed
at reducing domestic violence. Recognizing that every child affected by family
violence is in a high-risk situation, the deputy minister instructed those
efforts be focused on actively reaching and supporting these vulnerable
