Preventing Corruption and Conflicts of Interest
The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection, in
cooperation with the Prevention and Public Awareness Department of the
Independent Authority Against Corruption (IAAC), organized its second training
session on “Preventing Corruption and Conflicts of Interest” for all ministry
staff on 7th November, 2025.
During the training, IAAC officers and commissioners M.
Jamyaanchoyjil and R. Törbulag provided information and guidance on the Law on
Combating Corruption, related legal regulations, their implementation, key
issues to consider in avoiding corruption and conflicts of interest, as well as
common mistakes and violations.
The IAAC emphasized the importance of following the
recommendations issued within its legal mandate and reminded all staff to
strictly adhere to laws and regulations, avoid conflicts of interest, and
prevent any form of corrupt behaviour in their work.
