Digitalization of Social Insurance Services Saves MNT 13 billion Annually

The digital transformation of Mongolia’s social insurance services has saved approximately 13 billion MNT annually. Since 2020, a total of 18 types of social insurance services has been integrated into the E-Mongolia unified portal, making them accessible online to all citizens.

Among the most frequently requested services through the E-Mongolia system is the Social Insurance Contribution Payment Statement. In addition to this, citizens can access other services such as the old age pension calculation sheet and various official documents conveniently and quickly, regardless of time or location.

The Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection continues to accelerate efforts to fully digitalize all social insurance services, aiming to improve accessibility, transparency, and efficiency for the public.
