Comprehensive Family Development Service Centers to Be Established in Soums

Khentii Province has designated 2025 as the "Year of Child Development and Protection." As part of this initiative, the province will be divided into four zones, plans are underway to establish a Comprehensive Family Development Service Center.

This year, service centers will be established in Bor-Öndör and Binder soums, where social workers and psychologists will be available to provide professional support to children and families.

Additionally, Khentii Province has introduced the "Listening to Children" initiative, designating the first day of each month as a day to engage with children. A total of 82 meetings have been held, welcoming 2,500 children, and receiving over 200 letters from young participants. Khentii Province has a total population of 78,877, of which 36.3% are children.
