E-Family Platform to Offer Comprehensive Family Services
The Ministry of Family,
Labour and Social Protection is preparing to launch the E-Family platform in
early 2025. This digital platform is designed to offer families with tailored
services and support, aiming to meet the diverse needs of individuals and
households.
Through the E-Family
platform, families—including young couples,
middle-aged families, seniors, and those with members who have
disabilities—will have access to a range of services, such as:
•
Family Education
•
Financial Advice
•
Social Work Services
•
Psychosocial Counseling
•
Health and Legal Guidance
By leveraging artificial
intelligence and digital technology, E-Family will deliver services that are
personalized, efficient, and effective in addressing the specific needs of each
user. This initiative ensures that individuals can access the guidance they
need from anywhere, at any time.
Currently, the Ministry is
consolidating family education modules and advisory programs to be integrated
into the E-Family platform.
