Turkish Guven Hospital Expresses Support for the Renovation of Elderly Care Facilities

Ms. Tugba Ariz, Director of International Relations at Guven Hospital Group of the Republic of Turkey, and Mr. Veysel Çiftçi, Member of the Board of the Turkey-Mongolia Foundation, visited the Ministry of Family, Labour, and Social Protection.

 

They were warmly welcomed by D. Renchindorj, Director of the Labour Policy Department, and Yu. Otgonbileg, Head of the Social Welfare Division of MFLSP. During their meeting, discussions focused on the amendments to the Elderly Law, which are set to come into effect in 2025. The meeting provided an opportunity for the parties to exchange views on improving healthcare and rehabilitation services for the elderly, promoting active aging, and introducing new care services for elderly individuals in need of assistance.

 

Guven Hospital Group and Mr. Veysel Çiftçi introduced a proposal to implement a 2025 project focusing on elderly healthcare and nursing services. The proposal outlines potential collaboration opportunities between Turkey and Mongolia in this important area of elderly care and support.
