The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, in collaboration with the National Statistics Office, is currently organizing the Research Conference titled "Population, Gender, and Development Issues" at the NUS building, initiated by the NUS Population Training and Research Center.

In his opening remarks, Deputy Minister for Labour and Social Protection S. Zulpkhar emphasized the importance of conducting policy research within the industry's responsibilities, considering the numerous political decisions impacting their activities. He expressed a commitment to collaborating on research endeavors in the areas of population, development, gender, labor, and social protection.

As part of today's Research conference, several thought-provoking topics will be explored, including "Analysis of demographic, social, and economic vulnerability of households before and after the Tsarist epidemic," "Taking demographic factors into account when determining the retirement age," "Internal migration of the population of Mongolia and its influence: A geographical study of pull and push factors," "Urban and Rural: Degradation of Household Conditions of Migrants," "Reflecting on Population Migration in the Context of Human Development," "Mongolia: Study of Migration Governance Indicators," and "Exploring the Diversity of Poverty." Additionally, methodological issues related to "Employment of women of reproductive age and manifestation of inequality" will also be discussed by scientific researchers.
