Mr. Emrah Ustaцmer, the resident representative of TIKA, was honored with the title of CHIEF EMPLOYEE OF SOCIAL PROTECTION.
Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Protection S. Zulpkhar awarded this distinction to Emrah Ustaцmer, acknowledging his significant contributions to various aspects of labor and social protection, particularly in child welfare, development, and elder support.
TIKA, operating in Mongolia for over three decades, has undertaken approximately 840 projects and programs across key economic sectors. In the realm of labor and social protection, several successful initiatives have been carried out, including:
- Providing essential equipment for the "Nairamdal" international children's complex.
- Undertaking improvement and repair work at the "Unurbul" center.
- Renovating the senior center in Bayan-Olgii province.
- Refurbishing offices and training rooms at the State Social Insurance General Office under the ministry.
- Conducting short-term training sessions for Social Insurance Institution employees from Mongolia in the Republic of Turkey, aimed at exchanging experiences on pension insurance systems.
- Distributing aid packages comprising essential goods to 2,000 households in various districts and provinces, including Songinokhairkhan, Nalaih, Chingeltei, Bayanzurkh, Sukhbaatar districts, as well as Uvs, Khuvsgul, and Bayan-Olgii provinces
