H.E. Ms. A.Ariunzaya, Minister of Labour and Social Protection is participating at the 55th session of the committee on Population and Development

Delegates led by H.E. Ms. A.Ariunzaya, Minister of Labour and Social Protection are participating in the 55th session of the Population and Development Commission in New York under the theme "Population, Sustainable Development, Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Growth".

During the plenary session, Minister H.E. Ms. Ariunzaya briefed on the policies and activities of the Government of Mongolia in the areas of social and economic development, population development and measures being taken to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.

KOVID-19 also provided information on the work being done to eliminate the negative impact of the pandemic on population development, social and economic development of the country, and the policy of post-pandemic recovery.

The 55th session of the Population and Development Commission will continue on April 25-29.
