Deputy Minister for Labour and Social Protection H.E. Mr. S.Zulpkhar received Vice President of the Turkish Coordination and Cooperation Agency (TIKA) Dr. Umit Naji Yorulmaz

H.E. Mr. S.Zulpkhar, Deputy Minister for Labour and Social Protection met with Dr. Umit Naji Yorulmaz, Vice President of the Turkish International Cooperation Agency (TIKA), and representatives of the organization's representative office in Ulaanbaatar.

During the meeting, Deputy Minister S.Zulpkhar noted that TIKA has been operating in Mongolia for 30 years and stressed that during this period, TIKA has provided humanitarian and technical assistance to key sectors of the economy through about 770 projects and programs.

The meeting was attended by Mr. Emrah Ustaomer, TIKA Program Coordinator in Ulaanbaatar, Ms. Amaja Ceylan, Deputy Coordinator, Mr. N.Bayarmaa, Director of the Family Policy Implementation Coordination Department of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, and Ms. Z. Khuslen, Head of the International Cooperation and Public Relations Department.

In recent years, the organization has provided a wide range of support in the areas of labour and social protection, especially child protection, development, and support for the elderly. For example, we are providing the necessary equipment and facilities for the renovation of the Nairamdal International Children's Complex, the renovation of the Unur Bul Center, and the renovation of the Bayan-Ulgii Aimag Elders' Center.
