H.E. Axelle Nicaise, recently appointed as Ambassador of Delegation of the European Union to Mongolia, pays visit to MLSP

Minister of Labour and Social Protection H.E. Ariunzaya Ayush received H.E. Axelle Nicaise, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Delegation of the European Union to Mongolia. 

During the meeting, H.E. Ariunzaya Ayush congratulated H.E. Axelle Nicaise on her appointment as Ambassador and wished her every success in work. H.E. Ariunzaya Ayush also highlighted that Mongolia has been developing cooperation with the European Union since 1993 and that cooperation in the field of labour and social protection has been intensifying in recent years.

Ambassador H.E. Axelle Nicaise also noted the expanding cooperation between the two countries and called for the continuation of the “SDG-aligned Budgeting to Transform Employment in Mongolia” project and cooperating on youth-oriented activities, specifically within the scope of the Partnership Without Borders program, and studying the experience of the European Union in the field of peer-to-peer exchanges and cooperation among public practitioners and social partners.

Minister H.E. Ariunzaya Ayush expressed her support for these cooperation proposals. The meeting was attended by corresponding officials from the MLSP and the Delegation of the European Union to Mongolia.
